It went very smoothly, the technician showed up on time, took care of the problem without any issues (removed the old spring, put in a new one and re-tensioned everything). He also checked that everything worked before he left.

I've used him before at my former residence. He did a full inspection and tune up.  After he left, there was a rain storm and the door started to make a noise that I could not identify. He returned to the house after the storm and made an adjustment. Works Great! I'd recommend him to anyone!

On-time and friendly. Inspected the roll-up and replaced all the rollers with new polyurethane rollers. What a great improvement: my old door went from noisy & clunky to smooth & quiet. Will definitely extend the life of this door! Great deal.

Excellent job.  Rock-solid installation.  Greg also took the extra time to route and fasten the control and safety wires where they wouldn't be so obvious.  Total job took a little over 3 hours, including explaining how everything worked.  Highly recommended.
