He was very professional, and I stood with him while he performed the service. He quickly evaluated the system and checked the capacitor, found it defective, and had a replacement one with him. Evidently, during very hot times, it is common for capacitors to go out! He completed the entire job in just 30 minutes. He even told me that this issue is so common during excessive heat, that he replaced FOURTEEN in one day in the past! I was thrilled that it was nothing more than this $65 item. Labor and travel charges were more than the part.

They came out and found the problem, because everyone in the area is on a budget he is shopping around for a used part which will cost half of a new part. I give them all A’s for their service. We have purchased things through them in the past so that my husband can do repairs and they have been willing to work with us. They did not tear the place up; we are waiting on a part, but it is not a big deal because we have a wood stove.
