Everything was great, as usual. We have been using Yorba Linda Appliance for decades. They have always done a great job and they are a local small business.

The wife called and as, he was working in the neighborhood the next day, they set an approximate time in  the morning. He called at the beginning of the period and said he would be there soon. He arrived in a timely manner and quickly found the problem. He replaced the coils, left us the old parts and demonstrated that all was working. He was very professional and an expert repairman, and we will use him again for all our major appliances.

Don came out to look at our washer, he was an excellent resource, pointing us in the right direction and giving us great advice.

Don returned calls promptly and arrived on time. Very nice man. Was happy to answer all my questions and made suggestions.

My Whirlpool front-loader washing machine was leaking water.I called Don on a Monday(before hours) and left a message.He called me back quickly and was willing to come out that same day.I set an appointment for my day off and he came to my house then.He found where the leak was but didn't have the part on his truck as it was an unusual item to have leaking.He was willing to come the next day to fix it,but I again made an appointment for my next day off.Before he left he jury-rigged a fix so we could use the washer without leaking.
When Don returned,he quickly replaced the part and I was good to go.While he might seem brusk on the phone,He is very pleasant to deal with in person.

Don arrived within the stated time. This is greatly appreciated especially after a holiday weekend.
He took very little time to analyze the problem and solution. Got right down to business and made the repair quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Don diagnosed problem pretty much over the phone and told me how much it would be. He said I was out of the area he normally works in but he found time and drove out of his way to take care of us promptly. Good guy, straight shooter, works efficiently and cleans up afterward

Don has always been prompt and reliable. When he accidentally missed an appointment and I called he immediately responded and apologized arranging to come over the next day.
He has always been reliable and the charges are reasonable.

I am very satisfied with the work performed. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the technician actually had a new icemaker with him. The cost for parts and labor was very reasonable. I would use this provider again.

I called Sunday afternoon and left a message requesting service. The recorded message indicated I would receive a return call Monday between 8am and 9am. Don returned my call by 8:15am Monday morning. I was able to get service the same day.
Don arrived on time. Within minutes he identified the problem. He said that I needed a new motor and that he did have one on his truck. The price was $401.00 with the $65.00 service call fee applied to the purchase.
I chose to get the motor fixed as I really like my diswasher. I had shopped for a new one over the weekend and they just don't have a
dishwasher with all of the features that mine has. So far I am very happy with my decision!
I would definitely use this company again.
Note FYI: Don indicated that he works solely on American made appliances (no Bosch or Miele...) and he does not take credit cards.

We called repairman at 7:50 am., and he was on our doorstep before 9 a.m. the same morning. Courtious, clean, and professional. Repair was completed in less than an hour. He took his time and checked out our entire double oven set-up. Also checked out our newer washer as we complained about having to wait for another repairman. It is under warranety but he found the problem and ended that issue, too! We will keep his ph. number and gladly will give him referrals.and quot;

Had to play phone tag a bit because of my work hours, but when we finally were able to schedule an appointment, he was prompt and definitely knew what he was doing.

They were very nice and knowledgeable. Also, they were honest with me by letting me know that the cost of repairing my refrigerator wasn't worth it. I've since purchased a new one from a different company because Yorba Linda Appliances doesn't sell appliances.

The experience was great. I talked to Don over the phone and explained the problem before he came out to check the oven. He didn't have the part in stock for what he thought was the problem. He was able to get the part a lot quicker than another repair company that I called. After he received the part, he came to the house and fixed the oven. He showed me what was wrong and explained how to possibly prevent problem from recurring.

Don came the afternoon I called and found the trouble quickly. Very staisfied.
