THE DESIGNER FROM THOMASVILLE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HER JOB. SHE KNEW FABRIC, AND DESIGN VERY WELL. SHE WAS ALSO WILLING TO LOOK AT OUR BUDGET, AND HELP US GET EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED THAT WOULD BLEND WITH OUR LIVING ROOM FURNISHINGS THAT WE HAD. HOWEVER, THE MANAGER OF THE THOMASVILLE WAS NOT AS HELPFUL OR NICE. SHE WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH THE SALE INSTEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS A SHAME THAT WE HAD TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE COMPANY BEFORE SHE DECIDED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THEN SHE TRIED TO MAKE BOTH OF US FEEL GUILTY. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEY ARE OUTSTANDING. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS GOOD. THEY HAVE A SALES LADY WITH EXTREMELY GOOD TASTE.
