It's a brand new office, it's really nice. He's a nice guy. He does his job well. He listens to you. He's a really good doctor.

The doctors at St Judes Medical Group spent a lot of time with me and get to know you. He's very, very, very good.

It's awesome. Everything is brand new. Every time I call, I get an appointment very quick, like both my doctor, my gynecologist, my kids' pediatrician, it's put in the same building with super convenience and it's real close to our house, so it's awesome. If you need a blood test, they do it right there too. It's just really convenient, I just love that place. Before, I had to got to different buildings for different doctors, and this was all in the same one. My regular doctor is just really nice, knowledgeable, and I like his hours, because he works really early, so I could go in the morning before my kids go to school while my husband's still home, so that's really convenient. Every single person has been really friendly, knowledgeable, and really good with my kids. I have wild kids sometimes, and they are really good about helping to keep them behave. They even have like a treasure chest, and all that, so it's pretty cool. They have toys and chalkboards too.

Seems very disinterested, and did very little other than renew my
prescriptions.  I went in once because there was a huge fluid buildup in
one of my elbows.  He asked if it hut, I said no, and he said it should
go away, but if it didn't then call him in a couple of weeks.  I'm not a
doctor, but it seems like if there is a fluid buildup in an elbow, for
no apparent reason, that basically doubles the size of the elbow, then
it might be a good idea to test the fluid and what it is, and maybe try
to determine why it's there, even if it doesn't hurt.

Doctors are rushed these days (partially because of how insurance companies pay). Many just don't care enough.  Dr. Ivanova is an exception! Although she has a large patient load, she takes the time to thoroughly treat her patients. As a result she is very busy.
Whenever possible make regular appointmentments ahead of time. It is sometimes harder to get in with her on the spur of the moment, but she always has excellent backup providers for urgent things if necessary like when I broke my toe.
She generally runs a little late, not always, but is well worth a little wait.
Having worked in the medical field in doctors offices for 18 years myself, it is hard to trust providers that I don't know. I highly recommend Ana Ivanova, M.D!

It was excellent, I was in and out in under thirty minutes. They do a good job.  Generally speaking I get in the same day I make a phone call, it's easy to get in to see her or the physician's assistant.

She is very good with her patients. She takes her time with them. She explains everything. She really genuinely cares about her patients. She is passionate about what she does. The only negative thing I find about her is the really long time to wait for her. She is not on schedule. I only continue to go to her because I love her. I drive like 45 minutes to go see her every years, or when needed. I last saw her in November.

He is a very nice man, and he is very thorough. He is very comfortable. He has a really good bedside manner and makes us feel comfortable.

It’s the model for all healthcare. You walk in and are immediately registered. You don't usually wait more than 10 minutes. The staff is very personable and professional. The environment is very calming and efficiently run.
