Shelly is by far one of the most outstanding realtors I have worked with after selling and buying over 15 houses.  She was easy to talk to, very responsive and flexible in working with her clients.  She is also an expert at staging properties and presenting the best face for your property quickly.  She is willing to do all the work and knows contractors for the right price and timing.  She even does a lot of the legwork herself but always checking with you on your budget and needs and whether you prefer to do it yourself.  Shelly was always available to me and to check the property as needed since I wasn't close by.  Her follow-up and organization was a breath of fresh air.  The selling price was more than I expected but by far the experience was pleasurable and less stressful than many other transactions. Her fee was reasonable and I have paid more for others who did much less work.  I would recommend her for buyer or seller.

I have worked with Shelly purchasing and selling multiple properties.  Shelly has been great to work with during all of these transactions.  She makes herself available during nights and weekends.  The processing of buying and selling properties can be very stressful, Shelly remains calm during these situations which helps me remain calm as well.  She has done a great job helping me stage multiple properties and her suggestions about repairs and remodels before listing properties has been invaluable.
