Very very slow and ineffectual. I would never use them again.

Their prices were good. They did exactly what they said they'd do. The office staff always called ahead of time to inform me when they'd be coming out to not only do the repair but to check on the project after the job was finished. They also ask for you to complete a satisfaction survey so they are aware right away if you were dissatisfied with anything.

I had a slab leak located in the wall between the kitchen and the hallway. There was water damage to the laminate flooring in the kitchen, hallway, closet and entryway and to the kitchen cabinets. ServPro came out the same day I called. Jonathan surveyed the water damage and took pictures and notes to give to my insurance company. They put up plastic sheeting to contain the dust as they pulled up the flooring. They then installed fans and dehumidifiers to help dry out the affected areas. They put zippers in the plastic sheeting so that we could get to the bathroom and bedrooms. The drying process took a few days and someone was out each day to check out the progress.
When it was discovered that there was mold under the kitchen sink they took extra precautions to contain it. Plastic sheeting was again put up in the affected area. They also covered the upper cabinets in plastic to protect my dishes. All affected drywall was removed and put in plastic for disposal. All the lower cabinets had to be removed as well. An antimicrobial was sprayed on the remaining drywall and cement slab. A dehumidifier and a hepafilter were left to run for a couple of days until the wood studs and drywall were completely dried out.
ServPro provided moving boxes and bubblewrap for the items that had to be removed from the kitchen and hall closet. Every day I got a call to tell me when the workers would be arriving and if they were running late I would get a call to let me know. The workers were very professional and polite. Jonathan and his men kept in touch every day and kept me informed on the process each step of the way.
