I enjoyed working with Ron Love.  What I appreciate the most about Ron is that he is trustworthy.  When we discussed the project and interacted over duration of the renovation I felt confident that Ron was truthful and honest.  Another thing I appreciated about Ron was his willingness to do the job right.  In one instance the floor tiling was not completed to our liking.  Ron made sure to hear us out and redo the sections that needed attention.  He works in a timely manner and is easy to communicate with.  For some of jobs (such as drywall, electrical and HVAC) he had subcontractors that he worked with.   Overall I felt great about the people that he hired, they were professional and did a great job.

Ron we very punctual, professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely use Ron again and would highly recommend to to friends and family members.

We had a wooden patio cover installed by Ronald H. Love
Construction and couldn't be happier with our choice of contractor. We had a
large and a bit complicated cover involving more than one section that had been
installed decades ago and needed replacement. As I didn't have any diagrams to
precisely spell out the details, and was subject to changing my mind during
construction on some of those details, it was a situation that could have
easily resulted in some difficulties. However, Ron is completely unflappable
and there was never a moment where an issue became a problem. His experience
was also very helpful in improving our design.
Ron has an assistant who has a carpenter business in his own
right and it was obvious that the two are experts in their craft. As ardent
do-it-yourselfers, my wife and I are both knowledgeable in the field and
sticklers for getting a properly made, high quality product. We were happy to
see that Ron took the time to do things right and did it all at a price that we
feel was very reasonable.
We would use his services again and are very comfortable in
recommending him.

Very pleased with the work accomplished and am pleased that he was able to meet my request to salvage some of the existing materials that I may use in the future build of a backyard shed. He explained all of the work he was providing during the work period and this was very helpful to the wife and myself. I also want to compliment him on his selection of helpers for this job. They were diligent and hard working employees and it was a pleasure to watch them work.

This is the third project that Ron has done for us over the past year.  Projects ranged from remodeling our office to painting rooms to repairing damaged wood.  Each project was completed on time and on budget.  Ron often has suggestions that are helpful in saving money or making improving the end result of the project.  I can recommend him without hesitation for small and large projects.

Previously, I had someone else try to put a  dog door in my wall and I was left with a huge mess.  I was so upset and couldn't find
anyone that could fix it.  I was lucky enough to get in touch with Ron Love.  He fixed the mess and put the door in perfectly.  He also did electrical work and some plumbing.  Ron is very professional, on time and does an excellent job.  I plan to redo my two bathrooms and will definitely have Ron do this construction.  I know what excellent craftsmanship is, I've worked with many contractors, even built  a home from the ground up and I would recommend Ron above all others.  He is dependable, his work is neat and excellent and he is also a very nice, trustworthy person to allow into your home.  I trust him to do an outstanding job.

The work was done on schedule and on budget.  The workers were courteous and clean.

His price was great and he did a very good job.  He was in the middle of the road, price wise.  His staff members were very professional.  They listened to what I said and followed my instructions to the team.  They did really clean work and cleaned up after themselves.  I thought I got what I wanted for a fair price.  I would use him again in the future.  I don’t remember exactly how much I spent on his services.

Ron initially came out for a small job?to install the new microwave vent. I live in a 1978 condo and the structure of the ventilation
above the stove was configured so that the handyman was unable to install the vent.  Ron came out a couple of times to
look at it. I was waiting for a convenient time to schedule the work when I went away for a long weekend, then the kitchen plumbing sprang a pinhole leak. After surveying the damage, I decided to remodel the entire kitchen.  Since Ron had been so polite and accommodating about the small job, I decided that I?d hire him for the kitchen job. Also, his price was comparable to another contractor listed on Angie?s List with the difference that Ron could get it done faster.  Because this was an unplanned remodel, I was in the bind that I had to have the job done on time since I was having wedding guests coming mid-March. The job took a bit less than two months I think. There were a couple of hitches with the cabinetry?we had to wait for shipment on two modules, but Ron tracked the shipment and even had someone go pick them up at the warehouse instead of waiting for delivery. I think Ron is reliable, on time and concerned about doing a good job.
If you?re on a very, very tight budget, you may want to have Ron include all expenses in his quote. The total was a little higher than the
quote to cover cabinet handles and the disposal. These were relatively small items, but if this would present a problem for you, try to get him to remember all expenses in the quote.
I would recommend Ron for remodels. I have had my kitchen finished now for two months and I'm happy with the results.

From start to finish Ron was very professional. I called for an estimate and the same day Ron came out to my house. He promptly sent me an estimate in an email. I received an quote from someone else for over $1200 for the same job and they said they needed a week to complete the job. Ron worked with my schedule and came out on a weekend and did the job with one other guy in one day. He kept me up to date on what they were going and finished in a timely manner. If I ever have anymore work done I will call Ron!

Contacted Ron and he came next day to review our project then provided a written estimate within 2 days. Very happy with our experience and will definitely contact Ron for additional projects.

When we first moved into the house there were a lot of small items that were a problem.  Mr. Love, repaired or replaced many items.  He also painted the house and tightended rugs where needed.  He removed and replaced some outside facia boards and painted to make everything match.  He did some minor plumbing, i.e. replacing toilets.
He has been our primary contractor for many years.  He is able to build a house from bottom to top.  He is trustworthy and stands behind his word.  He is licensed and meets all of the state requirements as a contractor.

We are getting ready to have Mr. Love do a total kitchen remodel.

Overall I was very pleased with the process.  Ron let me know what was going to happen each day.  He and Richard arrived at the time arranged and got right to work.  The job was completed as quickly as possible with a minimum of delays.  I will call him again for my next project.

I had heard nightmares from my friends concerning having their homes remodeled, etc. Mr. Love had done some small jobs for us in the past so I knew that he was reliable. I had spoken to him in the past about some major remodeling that I might want to do and he had given me some good advice. When I decided to go ahead with my project, I contacted Mr. Love and a few other contractors. Mr. Love's quote was close to the others and since I had worked with him before, I hired him to do the remodeling which I thought was a big job. He worked very closely with me and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. He was extremely professional and honest in every aspect of the process of the remodeling. I was one of the lucky ones. So, based on my personal expeience with Mr. Love, he comes highly recommended.
