Mike Tackett, owner of Riteway, came recommended by someone I trusted. I called him after receiving estimates between $1700 to 2000. His price was hard to believe. Since my old heater was leaking and had to be emptied, getting him on the job right away was the priority. He showed up 2 hours after I called him and installed the new heater right away. To handle possible future leaks, he added a tray with a drain under the heater at no additional cost. He cleaned up scaled pipes and simplified the plumbing. Everything was spotless when he finished. It was a well-done job and priced very fairly. I have called Mike back twice since then for minor problems. He's been great. Highly recommended!
