They showed up and trimmed and thinned the trees without chopping the trees up which was what happened when we had our gardener do this when we first moved in. The trees still have greenery and do not look like dead blocks of wood like what happened when the gardener "trimmed" the trees. It was touch and go whether the trees would come back. Reliable trimmed and thinned in a manner that we feel the trees would survive. They also identified for us that one of the trees was 1/3 dead and recommended we landscape. Although it took a while to schedule an estimate, the company did eventually come and came as scheduled for the actual work. They did not charge more than the estimate.
