The work was the worst possible job I could have had. The provider, the owner of the company, was very nice. The one thing was the job was just overall terrible. On two different occasions I offered for the owner to come by and look at the job that I ended up with. And it's not a very far distance for her to travel, probably at the most four or five miles to come look at it. She didn't do it and what she ended up doing, was she gave me a $50 credit. First of all I explained to the owner that I had windows and the tracks were dirty. I wanted the windows cleaned. She explained to me that if it were upstairs and they couldn't reach the windows, they couldn't clean them. I understand that. They are not window cleaners, I get that. These girls had me take windows out, screens out, I don't know why they tell me to take the screens out, they never even wiped the screens down or anything. One set of windows they didn't even clean. When they were all done, I finally said this is not acceptable, you didn't clean the tracks and there's stuff all over the windows. They told me that they really didn't do windows. She said, we're only here for four hours. And I said the owner told me that if this were going to take more than four hours, I would pay for the extra hours. It was $40 an hour, not a problem. So I basically gave them a choice: do you want to stay and do these windows right away, or do you want to leave? It's up to you. So they stayed for an hour and didn't do windows right away, but the window frames look a little better than what they were going to leave me with. They didn't mop the floor, they didn't even have mop! They didn't have a step stool. I asked if they would clean up the fans in the bathroom and they said no problem. Well they didn't even have a stool. So they were trying to clean windows, like a sliding door glass and they were looking around in my backyard for things to stand on. One particular gal was on the phone a great deal of the time. I would not recommend their service to anybody. I will tell you I will never use them again. The service was horrendously bad, however the owner attempted to make it better by offering me a credit. And I never asked for a credit and I didn't want a credit. I just wanted a good job. But you are not going to get a good job if they send the same two people out. The price was average.
