Excellent Eco-Friendly Service I donâ t do many reviews, but I really wanted to do this one. Having kids and pets running around, I needed a trustworthy eco-friendly pest control solution. I found Pest Friends, a family-owned business. They checked all the boxes â prompt, friendly, professional, respectful, competitive rates, and extremely thorough. The technician (Scott) explained exactly what he planned to do, and he was more than happy to answer my many questions. Great customer service! My high expectations were somehow exceeded.. I hadn’t heard of these guys until recently but I needed an inspection in Orange. Was really only worried about termites but I guess they also inspect for/can handle rodents and ants and stuff. Luckily I came out unscathed but would definitely call them if I needed an exterminator. Good people!
