The Good:
- Everything is set up exactly how I wanted it.
- They worked very hard to get it done quickly and done right.
- They do a very clean job routing cables, tying things down cleanly, and making sure everything is nice and "tight".
- They even added some additional cable to my other TV's to accommodate a future IR extender hookup in case I wanted to add that later. Very nice touch!
- The hardware Lee recommended was excellent; the Sanus mounts he used are very nice quality and very low profile.
- While they worked, they kept everything VERY clean.
The Bad:
- I like to include critical feedback when possible, and I'm struggling here to provide any, but their parts prices were a little higher than what you can get on something like Amazon, but hey, they gotta "eat" too. Labor was very reasonable considering the work; it involved a lot of work up in my hot attic.
Overall:
Lee and Dan are professionals; they came in and did a bang up job in little time, and were VERY clean. My wife and I are very happy with how "low profile" and professional everything ended up looking, and the super fast network speeds in the house are fantastic for a computer guy like me. :)
