An excellent experience. Agent Stewart is an excellent representative for Keller Williams. As previously stated, Mr. Stewart performed an in-depth comparative analysis to determine the ideal selling listing price resulting in a full price sale. The house sold within 3-weeks. He prepared all requisite RE documents, kept us apprised of all inspection findings, kept us informed of buyer activity, made recommendations to ensure the house is ?show? ready. He personally hand-delivered initial and closing RE documents to us. His efforts and attention to detail was as expected ? impeccable.
