Joe Van Fossen

I feel bad for writing this review so late, but Joe did such a wonderful job for me that I didn't want it to go unnoticed. I had been thinking about selling my house in Diamond Bar for a couple of years and when the time came I contacted Joe to talk about listing it.
After walking through the home he advised on me on a couple of strategies. Since I didn't have a specific time frame, I was able to take his advice and do some updating, de-cluttering and staging before listing it. 
Once the house was ready to list he took great photos and a video and put it all over the internet. Long story short, he got me an offer over asking price in 10 days! I don't think any other home in that neighborhood has sold for near as much before or since. Most importantly, he helped walk me through escrow and made it much less stressful than it probably could have been.
Joe also helped me find a great replacement home in Ontario. I wanted to downsize into something move-in ready and more modern. After visiting a few homes we found the right one and he negotiated a few thousand off the asking price. I've been loving the new home and I'm so grateful to him for all of his help.
