I am so beyond happy with J Martin Indoor Air Quality, from the initial walkthrough with Jared to his amazing team, I am just blown away and will recommend them to everyone I can, every chance I get. They did a complete overhaul of our original hvac system from 1997 and the work that Santiago, Elliot, and Milo did is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Not only is their work beautiful and clean, but our home feels like an entirely different place with our new system. When our AC initially went out, we were absolutely dreading the next steps after meeting with other big name AC companies and just feeling like we were going to be ripped off, it was just a matter of by who? Not with J Martin. Jared took his time to explain exactly what was wrong and what our options were. We truly feel blessed by J Martin and his entire team. Santiago, Elliot, and Milo were beyond respectful of our home and so precise, they left our place better than when they got here.

J Martin’s installation team consisting of Mario T. and Wilmer H. performed an outstanding job installing our whole house heating and ac system, which included new ducts and vents plus a Google Nest thermostat. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Communication from the salesperson, Jesus, to the owner, Jared, and back to Mario, was professional and proficient. You would be wise to allow them to meet and likely exceed your indoor air quality needs.

Jared, who we learned was actually the owner, came on the hottest day to revive our condenser, but after much effort , declared it dead. Never had anyone work so hard to fix something and we were very impressed with his work ethic. Explained what was wrong and recommended its replacement. Workers were thorough, tidy and friendly while a complete air/heat/attic ducting system was installed. Martin Air is a local company with ties to the YL community. We are thankful for him and his crew for their good work. Highly recommend.

We had a whole house fan installed a few months ago. Jared explained everything and answered our questions. Rex and his team of installers were able to do the installation within days of our meeting with Jared. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. We had one of the first Wi-Fi units installed. We had some glitches in the beginning but both Jared and Rex went above and beyond to help us resolve the issues. We have been trouble free ever since. The fans helped cool down our house at night and in the early morning hours during the recent heatwave. There were only a few nights when it didn't cool off enough to run them. There were days when we didn't even turn on our AC until 3:00 which really helped our electric bill. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, patient and helpful. I highly recommend J Martin Indoor Air Quality!

I liked the US made product I purchased. The warranty on this unit was much longer than most others I researched and it was also backed up by an additional warranty from the installer. This was a big factor in my decision. It was more than I had intended to spend but not way out of line for what other similar companies were offering, and again, the warranty had great value to me. The Quite Cool unit is quiet and I believe doing a good job. We have not hit hot weather yet so I can't confirm that as of yet. I'm eager to see how my electric bill is different from the norm. They could have done better on cleaning up after the job and my ceiling could have been finished off better. There were some minor concerns I had regarding my project but the company makes it easy to communicate with them. I gave them the highest score in that category because they sincerely want to have the most satisfied customers. I trusted them and felt quite confident that I made the right decision.

Good people. Same day service, even though I called the day before Christmas Eve, and they didn't try to sell me a whole new heating system, just replaced one defective part. I would definitely recommend this company !

We had a Quiet Cool whole fan installed by J Martin in May, 2015. The entire process was about as smooth & easy as it gets. We spoke with Rex from J Martin, and it was clear he is a sincere guy willing to work with us to get the fan installed. He answered many questions we had about choosing which model to install. He was able to schedule an installation within a few days on the exact day & time we wanted. Curtis actually installed the fan and did a fantastic job. Overall I would definitely recommend this company.
