The computers cost me a lot of money. Geek Squad sold me very expensive insurance for them. I was having a lot of trouble with my computer. I had their coverage and I believed that they would come to my house to fix it. When I called them, they said that they do not visit houses to fix Sony Vaio, that they treat it like a laptop, and that I'll have to bring it in. I took it in 2 weeks back, and they have still not gotten it back to me. I am livid with them.

I WOULD SAY IT WAS POSITIVE. IT WASN'T OVER GLOWING, BUT IT LIVED UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS. IT DID NOT EXCEED THEM. IT WAS POSITIVE NONETHELESS. THE TECHNICIAN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY. HE ACTUALLY PUT IN AN ORDER THAT WASN'T COVERED UNDER THE CALL HE WENT OUT FOR. I BOUGHT THE PART MYSELF. IT WAS QUICKER THAN HIM HAVING TO ORDER IT. IT WAS CLEARLY OVER THE SCOPE OF THE WORK HE CAME OUT TO DO. HE WAS JUST TRYING TO MAKE SURE I WAS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I WOULD SAY THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED. THE WORK I HAD DONE THERE ARE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT. SLIGHTLY LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL, BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY YOUNG. WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

THEY ARE NOT EXACTLY THE BEST. THEY ARE VERY SLOW. I WOULDN'T TELL PEOPLE TO GO THERE. I WOULD TELL THEM TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. THEY WERE NEVER QUITE SURE WHEN OUR COMPUTER WOULD BE FINISHED. IT SEEMED THEY WERE NOT WORKING, THEY WERE GOOFING OFF MORE THAN THEY WERE WORKING.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE YOUNGER EMPLOYEES THAT WERE FAMILIAR WITH THE EQUIPMENT. THEY HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE LEVEL.

I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS, THEY ARE GOOD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WE GOT IT BACK QUICK. THE PRICE WAS ALSO GOOD.
