Quick response to initial phone call, scheduled for following week. Cleaned all windows and screens. Was quick, efficient, and very detailed. Will definitely use again.

He cleaned all 32 windows in my house, inside and out, plus cleaned the windows on the garage door. All screens were cleaned and he was careful not to damage the screens. The window tracks were also thoroughly cleaned.

I have used them before and will use them again.  They came out even tho it was 100 degrees outside. Two guys came out and it took eight hours to complete the job. I have recommend them to friends before.  They are fantastic.

He arrived on time and began with the pressure washing on the outside.  Then he began washing the outside windows and screens.  Once complete, he came indoors to finish up the inside windows.  He wore shoe covers so my carpet stayed clean and he seemed to take pride in his work, and seemed to be a trustworthy professional.  I would use his services again.  Another plus is that the receptionist is also very kind.

my windows and screens look after he comes to our home.  I actually
think my house looks brighter.  I use him twice a year, once in the fall
and once in the spring.  I don't even think about trying anyone else.
He does a perfect job.  It's always a nice experience to book our appointment with Aida. :-)

First off, I spoke with  Aida.  She is very professional, articulate, and she  offers appropriate suggestions.  She asked if I could Email pictures of  my home.  I wasn't so sure that I could.  So we agreed that she would get back with me in 2 days for a time for an estimate; which she did do. Although I was able to Email the pictures; Steve still came out  for the estimate -- he came promptly at the time agreed..  Steve does his own excellent work -- a rare find, I must add.
He gave me an appointment time of Monday from 1-2PM arrival to do the work.  On Monday at 8AM, Steve called and said it was looking like rain for Mon and Tues so he would call on Wednesday to reschedule. I did not have a problem with that.
On Tuesday morning, Steve called and we agreed at an 8 - 8:30 arrival on Wednesday to do the gutters.  He was here promptly at 8:03 and set to work.  He worked two hours, showed me a problem with one of the gutters, and explained that two of the downspouts were clogged but that he was able to clear them.  I am completely satisfied.  It looked like he got about 3 gallons of silt from the one gutter at the three car garage --  and that was the one which had been done in the last 7 years --  approximately.
After my home's exterior is painted, I am going to have Steve back to clean the windows and replace screens and clean those nasty, difficult aluminum tracks which I  have such a problem with anyway.  This was worth every penny that I paid!

There was very clear pricing. They were honest, on time and professional. They did a very thorough and professional job. They didn't tell me screens that I didn't need. They went around and pointed out the ones that had holes or were about to have holes and replaced them. They did the job pretty quickly.

Specifically, he was really thorough. They did a good job. I will give them all the stars they can get. And frankly, it was because my screen  looked so bad, repairing the screen would actually ends up being a top same price of just to have cleaning them, the windows would left us alone. But the screens looked so good. The reason we chose them was that we saw them at the market under for sale and it is different. The windows are sparkling clean and the screens looked brand new for they are branded. And it was a big difference to help people with their home.

The experience was excellent. They clearly outline the services they are going to perform so there was no question about what would or would not be done. They review the job clearly. They are very courteous and on time. They don't leave any mess and clean up after themselves. They do a very thorough job and they even clean the window tracts. They are without fear in my opinion. I have used them before. 

Crew showed up on time and reviewed requirements and pricing. Extreme care taken with window coverings and ladder placement. Didn't have to manage or hover over workers to assure that they were doing their job. Superb attitude, ethics and professionalism. Top in their field.
