Went very well. workers were on time, work was done in less than 2 hours as quoted.

There was a problem with the first motor and an issue with the wiring (my house is almost 100 yrs old) but the company owner called me back within a few hours of my calls and took care of the problem. Very professional and competent. Now everything works fine.

Awesome customer service.

I wanted to deal with a local vendor who sold a USA made product. Don the owner inspected my attic and recommended the Quiet Cool Tri Pro 4.8 fan for my size home. His two installers arrived early and put down a drop cloth to protect the carpet. They had everything installed in about one hour. After answering all my questions they cleaned up and left my hallway cleaner than they found it.

It went very well, the technician was prompt, courteous and his work was very clean. A few weeks after the install we had a problem with the controller. I contacted the company and they were willing to come out over the weekend to repair it. It was not that urgent so I scheduled for the following Monday and again the technician was prompt and the issue has been resolved. I would definitely recommend this company.

II was shopping for a whole house fan to put in my house..  I was originally was going to do it myself through Home Depot but  you get very little help from them so I checked Angieslist.   I called a couple of them but the one that was most responsive was Don Gunther at Eco Air Solutions.  He came over explained what needed  to be done and gave me a quote.  I was going to shop more and see if I can get a better price but after reading his reviews with Angieslist I decided to save the time and went with Don.  His people was on time did a great job.  Don came back three times after the installation to make sure everything was done correctly.   .   Happy with the product and happy with the service.  If you are looking to put a whole house fan I would save time and headache and just go with Eco Air.  You will not regret it.

Arrived on time and completed all service.   Restored fan to full functionality.  Fan and service exceeded our expectations.   Entire 2825-square foot home is much cooler and more comfortable when fan is operating.  Our electric bill has also been reduced significantly.

Eco Air Solutions did an excellent job all around. One person came out first to scope out our house, hear from us what we wanted, and explain how a whole house fan works. Then the installer came out right on schedule and on time. He installed the fan carefully, making sure not to damage the ceiling in our 1920s home.  The results are amazing! The fan works exactly as advertised. We can open a window, turn on the fan, and it's like practically free air conditioning. Cools the whole house down quickly.

Showed up on time for pre-installation meeting, explained his services well so that we understood what a whole house fan would do and where it would be installed, was timely in the installation and there were no extra costs and after installation did a thorough cleanup. The system works great and cools down the house quickly. We definitely would recommend EcoAir and their whole house fan concept.

After a really scorching day, our upstairs rooms are always too hot to be around in the afternoons. Unfortunately, our baby son's bedroom is up there and he needs to go to sleep at a certain time. The only solution, after the sun went down was to either open all the windows or turn on the A/C. The thing is, opening the windows didn't really help most of the time. There was nothing to really draw in that cool early evening air and get it circulating through our house. Turning on the A/C worked, but then we faced the consequences when we got our next bill.
Installing a whole house fan completely fixed our situation and switching it on not only costs a few cents and hour to run (vs a couple dollars/hr running A/C) but the cool down of the upstairs rooms is immediate. If it's 65 outside and you turn the fan on high with the windows open, the temperature in the house will stabilize to match the outdoor temp within minutes.
I went with Eco Air Solutions because Don at Eco Air I found out is one of the only (if not..the only) contractors that has been doing this for a LONG time AND exclusively uses Triangle Engineering whole house fans. I first found out about Triangle after doing a google search and seeing so many praises and accolades about them. For one they are built in the USA, made to last forever, easy to maintain, and most importantly they are QUIET. This is important if you plan on running your fan a lot like me. I don't mind white noise but at the same time I am very sensitive to noises in general. I noticed that they have whole house fans for sale at lowe's and home depot but they are the cheaper kind which are made in china, are extremely loud, and are an inferior product to Triangle's.
In addition, the fan itself has a 10 year warranty and Don gives his own 5 year warranty on the work he performs.
Don himself is a great guy. Don has been doing Whole House Fan installations for many, many years (maybe even decades) but explained to me that he recently started this company about 4 years ago as of this writing. He is very honest, professional, and answers any questions you may have about how a whole house fan works. After doing this a couple thousand times I'm sure you kind of get the feel of where the best location of the fan is and how to best reinforce the joist after cutting it so it's even stronger than it was before.
Now that we've had this fan installed for a few days we've really gotten to enjoy it and I can actually say I LOVE it. So much so that I just have it running on Low setting all day because I really enjoy the movement of air it provides throughout our home. Not only does it create a gentle breeze through the house but it also keeps it feeling fresh by recirculating the air. I think it was described to me that this fan works by completely replacing the air in the house several times an hour. I feel my duty now is to let everyone know who doesn't know already about how great these fans are and how I believe that everyone should have one in their house around here. I can't believe we went so long without one.
