Sandy was the first firm to contact me after I posted my request late in the afternoon, and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Bill and Sandy arrived on-time, and diligently searched for the problem (some outlets no power, but panel was ok) in an older home. I appreciated them talking me through every step of their search to find the source of the problem, and then fix it. Their main priority was to get my electricity up and running, but did note future improvements could alleviate this problem. They will follow up with future recommendations and costs. The fee for several hours of work was very affordable. This is a company I would use again and recommend to others.
