Bruce was on time, professional, and pleasant! My piano has never sounded better! If only I could play as well as he does! He always plays a request for you when he's finished.

Mr. Bruce Heying calls, annually, two weeks prior to the anniversary of the prior year appointment, and schedules a tuning appointment. He always arrives exactly at the appointment time, tunes the piano beautifully, and has a reasonable price.

BRUCE HAYING THE PIANO TECHNICIAN WAS AND OLD MAN AND I CAN TELL HE HAD A LOT OF EXPERIENCE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND ALWAYS ON TIME. HE WAS ALSO VERY GENTLE WITH MY OLD PIANO.
