 + -1 moreMr. Bruce Heying calls, annually, two weeks prior to the anniversary of the prior year appointment, and schedules a tuning appointment. He always arrives exactly at the appointment time, tunes the piano beautifully, and has a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Mr. Bruce Heying has been tuning our piano, annually, for longer than we have owned it (yes, he also tuned it for the prior owner). He has a steady, repeat customer list for his services. While I praise Bruce's services, I fear that, like many Angie's List providers, that the extraordinary demand for consistent "A" providers, will outstrip his capacity for personalized service.

Description of Work: This was a regularly scheduled tuning of my Yamaha Grand. Bruce comes about 4x/yr to do a regular tune-up and has done minor repairs in the past, too. He is an excellent tuner and I have used others before I found this one.

Description of Work: This was a regularly scheduled tuning of my Yamaha Grand. Before I bought this grand, he would tune my Yamaha Upright. Bruce comes about 4x/yr to do a regular tune-up and has done minor repairs in the past, too. He knows his profession and is skilled at what he does. I have been playing piano for some 50 yrs and I have always been particular and satisfied with the excellent quality of his work. He has been tuning my pianos for probably a decade now.

 + -1 moreBRUCE HAYING THE PIANO TECHNICIAN WAS AND OLD MAN AND I CAN TELL HE HAD A LOT OF EXPERIENCE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND ALWAYS ON TIME. HE WAS ALSO VERY GENTLE WITH MY OLD PIANO.
Description of Work: BRUCE HYING THE PIANO TECHNICIAN DOES PIANO TUNING AND FULL REPAIR. MY PIANO WASN'T SOUNDING RIGHT AND HE MADE IT SOUND BETTER THAN IT DID WHEN WE FIRST GOT THE PIANO.
