Very positive experience. This was the second time I had them clean my carpets. They are very polite on the phone and call you when they are running even just a few minutes behind.

ALTHOUGH THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME WAIT AROUND ALL DAY. THEY WERE HERE, AND I GOT AWAY TO MY APPOINTMENTS, AND WHEN I CAME BACK THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND PUT IN ORDER.

I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE AS LONG AS THEY STAY IN BUSINESS. THEY CAN GET THE RED WINE MY HUSBAND SPILLS AND THE DIRT THAT MY CAT GETS IN THE CARPET AND COUCH. THEY HAVE A NEWSLETTER THEY SEND OUT. IT'S BEEN A HUSBAND AND WIFE BUSINESS FOR 30 PLUS YEARS.
