General Remodeling, Concrete Repair
The owner came to do an estimate the day after calling for an estimate. The verbal estimate was on the high side $4400.00 for 350sq ft area for stamped concrete. He said he would email me the estate two days later. Never got the email, called him to find out where the estimate was, but never got a response.

THIS GUY WAS DREADFUL. HE INSTALLED A SUMP PUMP THAT LEAKED AND WE HAVE HAD TO REPLACE IT. WE HAD TO REPAINT THE ROOM DUE TO POOR PAINTING. HE TOOK 6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE JOB, THREE TIMES WHAT HE ESTIMATED. HE CAME IN DOUBLE THE BUDGET. HE BAILED ON US BEFORE WE GOT OUR COMPLETION PERMITS FROM THE CITY AND HAS NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS. WE DECIDED SINCE WE WERE EXPECTING TWIN BABIES THAT THE STRESS OF TAKING HIM TO COURT WAS TOO MUCH HASSLE, SO THIS GUY GOT AWAY WITH A DREADFUL JOB. DON'T USE HIM.
