Water Filtration and Softening
The biggest item on the list, a leaking outdoor faucet, he didn't do right. Less than a year later and it leaks again. Basically this contractor fiddled around doing the bare minimum on all the projects (instead of doing them right) and collected a $500 pay check for one day's work and no parts expense.
