Very well. They came back when we requested them.

I am very satisfied with that. I was very happy with their work. A lot of my friends have the same service. Everyone I know that has that service feels like they do a really quality job.

I was happy with their spray service until November or December and then I started having a little trouble. The only dispute I had is when they gave me a referral for further work to be done that they wanted to charge for the rat exclusion, and I felt like I had already purchased when I bought the thing through Angie's List it was specifically for ant, roach and rodent exclusion. That is where I questioned and said I wanted to have another company come give me a quote for the rat exclusion, and the price that the second company gave me was about $200 less than what Woodland pest control gave me. That is when I told them that I felt like if they have regular customers that we should not be have to be doing competitive shopping for a service. My expectation was that they would at least be in the ballpark of what other companies charge for similar service. I ended up hiring the other company to do some work on the roof to close up any access points or potential entrance points for rats to get into the attic. I did communicate that to them after the first of the year. I remember specifically that I was kind of embarrassed that I had hired a different company, so I was kind of ill at ease about when I was going to see my regular spray man. I know that I didn't see him after the first of the year, yet. I went ahead and emailed them that I had hired a different company to do that portion of our pest control. When they said they had come out I was quite surprised because if he comes when I'm not here he normally, even though I'm not paying for it, leaves a piece of paper on my doorstep to say he came. That was my last communication with them because I was surprised when they said they had come out because I didn't see the person after the first of the year for my regular bimonthly. They are supposed to come out every two months. I've gotten to know the spray man because this is the second year we have bought this through Angie's List. He does a very good job. He takes all of the cobwebs off the outside of the windows and he sprays all around the outside of the house. He does come in and set traps for me. I don't have any complaints there. My only complaint was how they handled the additional work that they recommended. He recommended that I had my trees trimmed back from the roof line and that shouldn't have been included. I realized that and I paid extra to have that service done. The roof work was the main place where I was dissatisfied with the quote that I had received from them to do it. To pay extra for their company to do that portion of the work that wasn't included in my regular service that I have purchased from Angie's List. That is where we are now. I have sent them an additional email. If I have an problems he has come out between the two months for free to do additional spraying or to leave me mouse traps or rat traps or ant bait. They are good about that part. Apparently this roof work is new for their company. They have just acquired that capability. The last email I got from her she said they were tweaking their system a little so to speak. I said I would be happy to offer input because they were very out of line with what a competitor offered for the service. Before I was very satisfied with them and they still are responsive when I call or email them, but it was a little bit disappointing that they weren't the best quote for the additional service. I was a regular customer and it was my expectation that they would go the extra mile for their regular customers. I'm judging them on this negative thing that just happened. I don't want to negate two years of good service. I need to get it resolved that they say they were here when I can't prove they were here. She called me back and emailed me right away. I don't feel that they gave a fair price for the roof work. I think we can work things out with them. Everyone makes mistakes. It has been bad weather the paper may have blown away. How do you know someone came while you were away. They say they have a record of that he came, so I just don't have a record of it. There are lots of things that could have happened.  I'll be anxious to hear from them if they are going to amend their policies for their regular customers if they need the additional roof work or any of those types of services. Hopefully my feedback will be something that will help them improve in that area.

We were very satisfied with the service. Fortunately, no termites were found. The ants were ~99% eradicated after the first treatment. Their ant treatment includes unlimited re-sprays for two months. During the last two weeks, Woodland has had huge rains that encouraged the ants to find three new entrances. We called for additional spot treatments. The company responded immediately and during hours that were convenient for us.

I particularly enjoyed talking with the two service people, Anthony, for the termites inspection, and, Eddie, for the ant treatment. I tend to ask a lot of questions. They were both real gentlemen. They patiently answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

I've used this service for a few years now. It's seamless. I get a postcard to let me know the date and time of the service, he performs the service, and charges the fee to my credit card. He checks with me periodically to see if I have any issues - which I don't. I highly recommend this service.
