Extremely fast response time (less than 5 minutes) for return call. Arrived at my home within 30 minutes with a full crew to make the repairs. Highly skilled workers that knew how to correctly make professional repairs.

We were told that the leak was fixed. But when the next rain came, our roof (exactly in the same location as the original leak) leaked again. We called Valley Roofing. After some delay, the Valley Roofing representative finally come the house to look at the leak. Rather than offering to fix it again, he offered many excuses such as poor design of the roof.  The representative also lectured me about keeping the house gutters clean. I responded by saying that he assured us that the roof would not leak after the first time he aimed to fix it, regardless of the gutters.  In the end, he failed to follow-through on his claim that the roof was fixed the first time.  Subsequently, he sent a bid for more work that was nearly ten times as expensive as the cost of the first job.  Very disappointing.

We had a great experience. Sean Conley, the owner, was very patient with our decision process. When we were ready to go ahead he scheduled the work right away. A large team showed up and removed the roof in 4 hours. Key point: they did not disturb our broadband internet system which sits on the roof in a very particular place! They cleaned up every day. Sean was very communicative via cell, text and email.
We had an excellent experience and would recommend Sean and Valley Roofing to anyone who needs roof work or a new roof.

They did a very good job, very quick and efficient. The original estimate was about $8,000 plus time and materials for the repairs to the plywood and rafter. They replaced about 25% of the plywood, there was a lot of damage along the roofline and at a couple of leaks I had repaired over the years. I had a minor issue with the rain gutter drainage after it was installed, and they came out and put in additional downspouts for free. They were recommended to me by a neighbor who had is roof done by them a couple of years ago.

Went very well. I had a tight time line because my driveway was being replaced in less than a month and the roof needed to be done first. Sean accommodated this and finished soon enough that I was able to move the driveway work up a week. He was very easy to work with. My only negative is that when the workers replaced the eave-end rafters and fascia, they put the smooth side of the lumber inward and the rough sawn side out. Sean said he would replace this but apparently this is standard practice because there are supposedly more knots on the smooth side. Seems bizarre to me, but I bought the explanation and didn't make him do it over. There was a misunderstanding about the gutter work. His bid was apparently only for new gutter and downspout along one side of the house where there was only a partial length gutter. The tear-off crew, however, removed all of the gutters and Sean voluntarily covered the difference. All-in-all, and excellent experience. He did the work satisfactorily, on-time, and within the bid. They aren't licensed carpenters, however, so if you need extensive wood work, hire one separately. Sean will gladly cooperate/coordinate with your other contractors as he did for getting my solar tube installed.

They were really quick and they did a good job. The one negative is that they did not clean up as well as I would have liked. It wasn’t a big deal, that is just an area that needs improvement.

IT WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT. I DIDN'T LIKE THE COLOR OF IT. THE ROOF DIDN'T LOOK LIKE IT MATCHED THE HOUSE. I DON'T THINK THAT IT WAS THEIR FAULT BECAUSE OF MISCOMMUNICATION. THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT ANYWAY.
