I jumped in my car to go to an important appointment, only to find that my battery was dead. To complicate matters, when I called AAA, they informed me that my membership had lapsed because my automatic renewal had not gone through as I had expected.
I gave Triple Crown Automotive a call and described my dilemma. Todd described the services he could provide and gave me a price estimate over the phone. He arrived at my house within half an hour, tested my old battery (dead as a door nail!) and installed a new one. Todd was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have been more pleased with the service he provided in my hour of need, and I would definitely consider using Triple Crown Automotive again in the future.

His very polite. His hours though are not the best. He's only open Monday through Friday and I work Monday through Friday and it's just little hard getting my car in there. He's very professional and his prices are fair. The negative is that he given me a quote on the price of it and then when I got there it ended up being extensively higher. I really didn't appreciate it. It was almost double what he originally quoted me. If he had told me that in the beginning I could have waited. The window wasn't a priority so I was a little pissed about that.
