Turns out my printer wifi connection was slowly failing, so I need to get a new printer. Brad went to the trouble of looking up and recommending a printer which will pay for itself in about a year, because the ink will be so much cheaper than the current HP. He offered to come back and help me connect the new one within the price of the current service call. He knows his stuff and I am buying my next computer from him within this year. Whatever his cost is for your service, it will be less expensive than a box store and more informed in terms of service.

Eliminating the malware did not significantly change the speed. They kept the computer for a week doing a number of tests and finally figured out the Hard Drive was slowly degrading. This is very important, because loosing the hard drive without backup would mean losing a significant amount of data. They offered three different solutions to the problem and fixed it completely. They really know what they are doing. And they are friendly and incredibly dedicated. Highly recommended.

IT'S NICE THAT HE IS AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME. WHEN YOU CALL, HE WILL ALWAYS GET BACK TO YOU. HIS SCHEDULE IS VERY FLEXIBLE AND HIS PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. HE DEFINITELY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING.
