Ordered 2 motorcycle parts on a Monday and was told they would be in by Wednesday. I needed them badly. I called Wednesday and the parts hadn't come in and they guy said they would be in tomorrow. I called Thursday and still no parts and was told to call back at the end of the day so I did and guess what, THE PARTS HAD NEVER BEEN ORDERED. They said the number was wrong so I asked why didn't you tell me and nobody knew and nobody would take responsibility for it.
