"Yes, let’s talk about this two sides to that story first of all they told me after a month after the project was done about all these touchup consistencies around that time I was in Mexico [Member Information Removed] I told him that I will be back after that. I did send one of my workers to do touchup [Member Information Removed] they were happy with that six of these pictures that’s on this review this is the first time I’ve seen them second of all all. I do not install broken fence boards as one of these pictures or Trees. I can’t control the weather if something hit it or if just something happened to it. Also the boards that were stained from the manufacture is out of my control. We stained it [Member Information Removed] then they came out through the stain. We were going to change them out, but at this point my son. talk to him about going back [Member Information Removed] doing some more touchup which is only about $100 worth of parts or less. He declined to for us to do the work [Member Information Removed] after this he put the review this is our worst time of the year for us because we are swamped with work [Member Information Removed] yes, I did schedule him but we were stuck at a job [Member Information Removed] he couldn’t wait. I’m sorry, but my job is more important than your touchup because they say they. look out the window [Member Information Removed] they don’t wanna see a darker hue on the boards. Give me a break on the drip system while we were working we must’ve kicked off some of the mirrors off the line [Member Information Removed] that’s only five dollar on material that is so petty again we were gonna go back, but they declined to take our work back but OK. again, some of these pictures this is the first time that I’ve seen him post that was supposed to be painted me [Member Information Removed] his wife having this conversation way before the project was done [Member Information Removed] initially she said she wanted to paint it then she said no [Member Information Removed] then afterwords after a month later, she decided she wanted paid it painted no thank you I don’t work for free the the broken 2 x 4 on the gate he told me that the Amazon delivery person broke it [Member Information Removed] I guess he expect me to replace it for free I don’t do anything for free no company does anything for free? I went to repair the fence latch [Member Information Removed] that was it after that he posted a review [Member Information Removed] try to slander.
