Mike returned my initial phone call promptly. He was on site to look at the roof within hours, and delivered an estimate one business day later. The work was scheduled within two weeks of my notifying him that I would like him to do the job. He arrived at the agreed-upon time on the scheduled day, and finished the work within the estimated time frame. He kept noise to a minimum, knowing I was working in the house while he was on the roof. Clean-up was complete--when he had left, there was no evidence that he had been working here, other than the new roof and vents. I would recommend him to anyone.
