The job was done well and quickly and they were pleasant and easy to work with. We like the fact that it's a small local family business We have rated them down just a bit due to communication, planning and price. Communication: we had been given an estimated start date upon signing the contract but on the Friday before the scheduled Monday start, we still had heard nothing to confirm. We called them and were given a new estimated start date. Again we had to call the day before to confirm and get a time to expect them. Planning: they ran out of materials and had to return finish the job a week later. Price: itemized, which we appreciated; on the high end of Angie's estimated range; small home about 1250 sf.

They were very intelligent. They know roofing very well. I would give them high recommendation.

I was very happy with the immediate response of this company to my call to have my leaky roof looked at. They sent someone out that very day to check out the problem. He did a quick patch job and said that he would be back to fix the roof properly in a few weeks. The patch job held perfectly and he came back like he said and made the repairs to the roof section. He also checked the roof nearby the leak to make sure there wasn't any mold or wood rot problems. Several of my neighbors have used this company for roof replacements and they recommended Rabaino Roofing to me. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to others, and I will used them again whenever we have roof problems in the future.

It went ahead of schedule and as discussed. Property was left clean.
