They tried to charge triple times more then what it should be.  They don't test drive cars because I drove off with no belts on my car and no coolant in it.   They had my car for a day and a half.  They charge for estimates and take off when work is completed.

I am very pleased with the work and price of the maintenance Master-Tech did on both vehicles. The mechanic seemed very knowledgable and professional, and the work was done for both cars on time and for the price he estimated with no surprises. I am very relieved to have finally found a great mechanic near my house!

I love this place except that I know going in that fixing my car will cost a lot of money. But maybe that's just the way it is with cars anymore. Another time I was able to compare prices and they found a way to come down a little and got the work. They're very professional and I trust them to do it right, which means a lot.

The experience and results were outstanding. With car repairs, things happen sometimes. In my case, there was a mistake on a part that was ordered. It seemed obvious that it was not Master Tech's fault, but they dealt with it, making accommodations to minimize the inconvenience. The repairs seem flawless and the work was performed quickly. I was also impressed that they did not nickel and dime me at all, they seemed very fair with the labor charges and they seemed very competent. Overall, of all the auto tech places I have ever been, I would choose these guys first.

The first time I went to him I started my car, but it wouldn't move and they checked it out and didn't find anything wrong with it, yet fixed the problem and didn't charge me because they didn't find the cause of the problem. In another instance when my car wasn't ready as promised after an oil change, he didn't charge me for the oil change, even though it was just 10 minutes late. He's totally honest and reliable and I'd highly recommend him to others!
