From first phone call to last good-bye handshake, this provider, Omar Mignon, was excellent. He always arrived on time, and always telephoned to let me know when he's on his way. On day one, he patiently listened and understood my concerns about being hearing impaired and needing to feel more secure in my home. He conducted a complete survey of my home and, in language I understand, explained a camera placement scenario. He arrived on time on installation day, worked quietly and efficiently, and everything went smoothly. On testing the video, he recognized three of the six cameras needed extensions in order to show more of the area. Without hesitation, or addition money, he ordered and returned another day to install the extensions. The difference in the visual field is strikingly better. Mediocrity is not in Omar's playbook. I could not be happier with my camera surveillance system or with Mr. Mignon--he, and his company, is top of the line.
