Jim did an excellent job on a less than desireable job! He didn't hesitate to get in and fix our problems in a professional manner. We did have a some messes , but Jim has the expertise to figure out the problems and fix them. We've asked Jim to do some other work for us, when he has finished some of his other jobs!! Jim did my "gutted out" bathroom from floors and walls, to custom tile in the shower. Looks great. I asked him to continue on to do the kitchen when he finishes his previous obligations. Thanks Jim.

James Dale did an outsanding job adding a shower and walk-in closet to an addition of our house. He also converted a laundry room into a kitchen/ laundry room, converted our attic space into a bedroom with a closet for our daughter, and enclosed our other daughter's room by building a wall where there were previous french doors. His work all turned out beautiful, especially the tile work in the shower. He did all the work himself without hiring any subcontractors. He pays close attention to details, is highly dependable, honest, and really does tremendous work. We liked him so much that we decided to hire him to remodel our kitchen later on.

Really good work, average to high average costs, challenges with "clean up," go over how clean up will occur (i.e., cement residue & rocks, paint drips, residual pieces of cut wood, where and when garbage will be taken away, like empty cement bags, old fencing)
