First, ordering online did not say they could not ship a water heater to my area. Had to check back to find out the order didn't go anywhere. I needed to replace a 40 gallon water heater that failed. They said they could only replace it with a 28 gal. heater and I would have to move an electrical outlet. The only reason they could not supply a 40 gal... which they didn't tell me is because they only have one brand Rheem. I called an electrician, he said he had never heard of having to move an electrical outlet in my situation and recommended another provider. Bottomline, a 40 gallon water heater (top of the line) was installed, I didn't have to move an outlet. The water heater passed permit and I paid $40.00 less than the quote from Home Depot service for a 28 gallon heater.

I will continue to use them in the future.

I got a good deal on the garage door which was on sale. I had a 10-15% off and I upgraded it to a little bit better garage door because the discount afforded me a better door. I got a good deal on garage door opener. They didn't have a garage door opener and they wanted it stuck so they upgraded me to a next one so they gave a little bit discounts on that. I didn't have any problem with the people. They were on time and did the job and I have no complaints. The quality of the door was what I expected.

They showed me all the different door kinds and styles. They worked with me in accordance to my budget. They were knowledgeable.

The old one was beginning to disintegrate and I purchased a new Corian bathroom counter top. Home Depot subcontracted someone to install the new counter top. The entire thing was handled quite well between both Home Depot and the people who installed it.

The Home Depot Installation Services were terrible. I rejected the first door they brought to the house due to dents and scratches in the door that would be visible even after painting. The second time the contractor came to the house, the door was again in poor shape, but I accepted it anyway on account of the time I had lost. Working with the manager at the Woodland store was a joke, he as much said on the phone that well every door can get damaged in transit. Our installer was a bit scary and I was not comfortable being at home alone with him, fortunately, the home was in a high density neighborhood. He removed the old door and frame using only power tools and damaged the stucco on the side of the house, as well as our new tile floor inside the house. This was pure incredulity on his part, as I asked him before he did the floor work if he needed to remove so much tile in order to set the door. Since the door was pre-hung (he didn't even know doors came any other way), he did not have much to do to get the door in the house. However, he did manage to ensure that the door did not properly match the lock when finished and we opted to not even ask for that contractor to return to the house for fear of further damage or personal retribution by the individual. In addition, the screws used for the hinges were not properly seated and had to be finished by another contractor as well. All in all, this was an absolute nightmare and not only was the contractor incompetent, the store managers were completely unable to take the time to understand or even care about the job they were backing. The other issue I had with them is that they made me PRE PAY for all this work!!! I will not ever use Home Depot Installation Services again, not even from a different store. It was clear to me that the company does not care about ensuring quality work as they must bank on individuals only needing one thing to fix.

The floors look very nice, I was happy with their work, and their prices were comparable, but a little higher than we expected. They tried to fix some of the damage on the floor. They didn t leave a mess and they vacuumed. I can t tell the difference in color. The quality and workmanship was good and I got my money's worth. They were really busy, so they pushed me back for about a week or so. They are coming over to put in some little transfer strips! I d recommend them.

They did a good job. They gave me a lifetime warranty and I was pleased with the way that they handled my business. They did not charge a lot for the permit or disposal either. I would recommend them to other people because they were professional and easy to deal with.

THE PEOPLE AT HOME DEPOT WERE GREAT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID WONDERFUL WORK. I COULD NOT SAY ONE BAD THING ABOUT HOME DEPOT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED VERY QUICKLY. THEIR PRICE WAS CHEAPER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF CARPETS AT THE STORE BUT THEY COULD USE MORE SALES PEOPLE.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY HAD A GOOD SELECTION OF COLORS AND DIFFERENT TEXTURES TO CHOOSE FROM. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.

THE INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB. I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT IT WAS VERY HARD FINDING SOMEONE THAT WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE TO HELP US IN THE STORE. I WILL REHIRE AND RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HOME DEPOT. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND THEY WERE EFFICIENT. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF CARPETS. THEY HELPED ME PICK OUT WHICH CARPETS WOULD BE BEST FOR ME. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
