Terrific! Daryle arrived spot on the appointment time and got right to work. Turned out the 'instant hot' device's cold side was simply a bit clogged up as we only have hot, not cold, hooked up. He put it thru its paces and showed us how to prevent the problem in the future. The bathroom sink proved to be splashback, not a leak, so that was dealt with once he examined everything. The appointment was only about 35 minutes so he pro-rated the usual $150 service call time to $95, and we were quite pleased. He also fixed a goofy problem in the shower while he was here that we'd been puzzling on for weeks. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and service-oriented. Plus he only lives a few miles from us so I'm shopping locally, yay!

He was fantastic. He explained everything clearly to me. He explained what he was going to do, how he was going to fix it and how he was going to make it better. He did it for a really good price. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.
