Jairo was very knowledgeable. He serviced my AC and explained how everything worked to keep the system running. I could not be happier. Although he works out of Woodland he got to Green Valley in a very short time, absolutely on time. He was very pleasant and helpful. The system was running perfectly that afternoon the price was very reasonabl. He needed to get a new set of fuses for me and he arrived the next morning with the part. I had him put me on a maintenance Program for the future.

I am a repeat customer because Hella Comfort Heating and air is fantastic. Jairo is great. Showed up on time in fact was a little early. He was very thorough and took his time to service my HVAC unit. Explained the process and all that he did. Found a slight issue with my the amperage on my unit but after testing the unit decided it was not a pressing issue. Most Companies would have tried to get me to replace what was wrong but Jairo assured me it was nothing urgent and as longs as the amperage doesn’t change there is nothing to worry about. Even gave me tips to help me keep my unit running great year round. if you are looking for an honest and professional company to meet your HVAC needs, I highly recommend Hella Comfort Heating and Air. They are A++. Why would I use anyone else. They are my go to company.

I recently moved out of the Woodland/Sacramento area but still hired Jairo for a phone consult after my heater went out on a really cold night. Over the phone, he was able to figure out what was wrong based on the symptoms I was describing, and then he proceeded to spend a lot of time carefully walking me through how to fix it. My landlord wouldnâ  t send a repair person out, but Jairo walked me through everything and helped me fix it! He is absolutely a pro at what he does, and he is such a kind person as well. You absolutely wonâ  t go wrong hiring him for what you need!
