FIGUEROA'S

Generally, they do a good job. They are very reliable, and we never have to worry about whether or not we are going to get our service for the week. There is variability in the quality of the work, usually depending on whether the owner, Reynaldo, is on site. Reyaldo is a very hard worker and is extremely knowledgeable about the plantings and care for everything in the yard. When the workers are under his eye, they are thorough and they spend quite a bit of time here. Reyaldo usually accomplice the workers once or twice a month. At other times, the workers tend to do only the minimal (mow and blow) unless we specifically ask them to take care of something else. We have spoken with Reynaldo about this and he expresses knowledge and frustration, so I think he must hear it from others. On the whole, we think we have a pretty good company working for us.
