The showroom and help are professional, and can educate one about the pros and cons of the numerous material available.  
Samples of multiple surfaces are available to borrow for home testing.  The workmen are craftsmen.  They are prompt professional and do a great job  (our jobs used granite, natural quartz and Ceasarstone).  I would definitely use Exodus again.

It all went very smoothly and the results were wonderful.

There are two parts to this company. The estimator/salesman and the actual installer. The estimator/salesman was highly unreliable. He was hard to contact, did not return calls as promised and dragged the process out over a 3-week period. The installer was terrific. He came and took a template of the counters as scheduled, and then installed the finished product once finally scheduled by the salesman.

Their showroom is in the middle of nowhere but I was happy to go there because they had an excellent selection of products and they did not try to 'upscale' our purchase and they avoided some of the pricing schemes of other countertop makers (making certain colors much more expensive simply because they are more popular) - I enjoyed talking with the people there. Some of the phone-tag took a while but it was reasonable. They were a little late for each of their scheduled appointments but they were otherwise professional, thoughtful, and gave us good input on some minor changes - we went with their recommendations and are very pleased. They were MUCH cheaper than some of the other people they called and they had an excellent product and did a good job. I definitely feel that my two 'B' ratings are minor things and would not interfere with my working with them again. We have already recommended them to several friends.

Tops did a beautiful job on my countertop installation. They were even able to work out positively a problem where my counter was not level in certain spot. The seams are tight and even and barely visible. The installer's were pleasant and professional and cleaned up nicely before they left. They even came back several weeks later to help dry up a normal moisture spot that was being resistant.
