Era Mata Realty

David and Julie Mata were the realtors helping us for our first home purchase.They were so great I don't even have words for it. They did not push us to any one particular house or price, but were very informative with respect to pros and cons of particular houses and locations. The hunt turned out to be a saga because we hit the market just as the real state market changed and there were few houses for sale and lots of bidders out there killing for a house. Yet they stuck to it with lots of patience, and worked really hard taking us to dozens of places and submitting six or seven bids for us until we managed to get one accepted. They were always there on time, and responded in a timely manner to our e-mails and phone calls during the whole process. We really felt they focused on our interest as buyers when we looked at houses and negotiated prices. They focused on helping us find a house that worked for us. If we didn't get a better price on our new house was due to the cutthroat market and not to any lack of trying on David's part. I put the service cost as $0 because we were the buyers and the realtor fee is paid by the seller.
