They do an excellent job. They are very dependable, honest, they will repair something if it can be repaired and if it can't be repaired, they'll let you know. The girl upfront oftentimes you'll talk to her and she'll say,'Oh yes, let me take your name' and then you don't hear back but if you call back then, 'Oh, yes, I found it. And yes, this is what it is.' I don't know if she's terribly busy. I know she's a working mom and that may have something to do with it too, and it is a family-owned business. For the gentleman that do the work, they do a very good job and they know what they're doing.

When anything is repaired it seems to work well and we don't have to return it. They seem to have a lot of knowledge repairing all kinds and all ages of lawn mowers and other power equipment for the yard.
