I was fine with the following, but one might be careful. He gave me an initial range of cost. But, since he looked through our papers, I asked for a specific price. He gave me the low end of the range. Later, when we came to sign, we were charged more. I reminded his assistant, who is his wife, that we had the earlier conversation with the lower price. She checked and gave me the low price. She is also very pleasant to work with. Mr. Nixon has a nice blend of being friendly yet professional. We had a very positive experience.

He is really wonderful. I moved to Texas for a couple of years, and he actually let me shift my Texas stuff to him and he took care of it in Woodland. He is really good. He is very accurate and has saved me money. He is very professional.
