AAA Self Storage

I had been renting the RV space for a little over 5 years. Never a missed payment and never an issue. Everything was great with the previous management. Customer service just isn't what it used to be and AAA is no exception. The new manager has no idea about professionalism and customer service. After getting sick while parking my trailer I didn't make it out of the gate before it locked. It's not like I purposefully stayed inside the gates, but that didn't stop the guy from coming out and immediately going off and yelling about how the gates close at 7pm. I decided at that point to cancel my contract. I always paid 6 months at a time because was told by the previous management that if I had paid and then had to cancel I would get money back for the unused months. I sent my written cancellation notice and 2 weeks later followed it up with 2 emails asking about my refund. They ignored me. I then called and the guy was so rude when he told me there are no refunds. My signed contract says nothing about no refunds. Again the manager proved he is a j*** who has no business managing a business. You need storage, go with someone else in Woodland or Davis. Don't fall for the 'deals' they offer because if there is any glitch you will lose money and have nothing but a bad experience with the manager.
