My experience with A-1 Appliance was very good.

Excellent customer service; prompt and thorough. Three appliances to
repair and able to take care of two of them same day; ordered parts for
third. Paul, the repairman, was knowledgeable about all products to
repair and very courteous. Keeping them in my Contacts list for future
needs.

I called them yesterday, provided information on the refrigerator, and told them I'd call again today after considering the option of purchasing a new unit. They happened to have a service person available today, and he (Paul) arrived on time and got the job done in 30 minutes. It went without a hitch.

Excellent. We had to order the new microwave. They provided a correct ETA of when the new one would be in and set up an exact time to install. They were efficient and did excellent work. Plus, as I mentioned, they figured out how to repair the frig at no cost except for which we were most grateful.

They are a small, very friendly family-owned company. They are responsive, and I trust them. I would rate them highly.

The salesperson was helpful in helping me pick something that would fit my needs. A-1 called the tenants and set up the appointment and showed up when they were scheduled. The tenants were very satisfied with the end product.

After trying to determine why the roughly 7 year old fridge was not staying cold enough I called A-1 (Stabler's) Appliance in Woodland. Had the usual positive exchange with them on the phone and gave them the info they needed such as serial number and brand of the appliance.
The repair person arrived on time as scheduled. Sorry I don't recall the gentleman's name but he is part of the Stabler family. After a look in and around he determined that the evaporative motor needed replacing. He had brought the possible problem solving parts with him and was able to replace the motor quickly. The bill was $217, expensive yes, but no need to buy a new appliance and deal with the switch-out because it is functioning perfectly now. With any other company I would have had difficulty really trusting the repair but I don't with Stabler folks. If anything changes in the trust area I will let Angie's List know. So far, very good.

They were always courteous, on time, I have no complaints. I would say give them a call. I think we have used them twice in the ten years we've lived in this house.

The service was good and generally punctual. I was impressed that they were able to *repair* the convection part of the oven without having to replace parts and charged us only for the removal and return on the second repair.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND ACCOMMODATING. WE CALLED THEM ON ONE DAY AND THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT. THE GUYS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE.
