They wanted $21,600 to buy the windows and I gave them $370 beforehand with a check. I signed the contract on 2/18/2013 and they sent someone out to do measurements and they did a great job.   After the measurments, I paid him for part the project with $1,688 in cash.

I then got a call yesterday asking me if I had measured the windows.  I said they had already. They said that they needed more measurements, but the guy they sent out did not know what the project was! 

I called them again about this and they said they would call me back, but no word yet. Al did the measuring the first time, but everytime I call they do not know who he is.
