They are very user friendly. They offer to come get you and even bring you back to the car. There waiting room is comfortable stocked with cookies and coffee. They are friendly people and they are very timely. They will warn you if there is any delay with getting your car back.

I love Vista Ford. Their service department is always to notch. Took the car in and told them I wanted Pirilli tires. None were in stock. It took a day but I got what I wanted. The window needed new parts and they also had to be ordered. All of this took 2 days, but the job was done well, my car got washed and the price was right for the work done. The staff a Vista Ford is professional and well versed in all models of Fords And Lincolns.
