Conventional including HARP Home Affordable loans that allow refinances regardless of value with more liberal qualifying terms. We offer Jumbo loans in to the multi millions. FHA and VA loans both for purchases and refinances including no qualifying streamlines.We also have reverse mortgages. We even have a special purchase 1/2% down program!

GREAT!!!!! FABULOUS....It's great how much I'm saving since last year's refi. I know people that couldn't get a loan until they met Shane.
Description of Work: I met Shane Levine in 2008 when I purchased my home, ever since I wouldn't think of using anyone else He has always been such a pleasure to work with, he got me the best rates in a timely fashion...best of all he got me qualified...even when it was very difficult, he made it happen. I felt so confident in him, I referred him to many of my friends and family. Everyone I referred to him was equally impressed. These days it's not always easy to recommend someone...especially when it come to anything to do with finances.
