We met and discussed what we had in mind. Tom gave us a rough drawing, then worked with us to develop the design. He had a great knowledge of the City planning and building process, and a great relationship with all the city employees with whom we needed to work. He advised me on selection of contractors and subs. He was always helpful, available and seemed to care about our project. He worked efficiently.
