They worked very fast in removing the bees, and we're very neat.

They checked to see if there was any honey,there was none, so they  sprayed the holes and  the bees and we figured that would be the end of them. A week later were back only they moved  a few feet. So we called 
the Professionals to check again.They came right out and they again sprayed, and checked the new holes for honey,  there still wasn't any. Hopefully this will be the end of them. The men were very nice didn't charge for the return visit and we would certainly use them again.

The Bee Professionals were actually more than professional! We received a call from a tenant that there was a bee hive someplace in the ceiling of her unit and the bees were growing in number daily. I called a couple places based on the fact that I preferred the bees were removed rather than exterminated. Helen at the Bee Professionals called one of her trucks that were out and had them get to the unit that same afternoon in Alhambra and they removed the hive! They had to cut through the roof and rafters to get to the hive and they returned the following day to reppair both the rafters and the roof. They did such a professional job of repairing the roof that we have had no leaks in all of the rain we have had in the past 9 months!
Helen was so pleasant and kept me informed hourly as to the progress of the crew and the bees.
I would highly recomend Bee Professionals to anyone with a bee problem or any exterminating problem.The fact that they are located in Thousand Oaks had no bearing on how fast and efficient the crew was in getting to Alhambra and taking care of the problem..
These people are truly Professionals in their field!

They are good at what they do.  If one wants them to spray inside the house, one has to ask them to, otherwise they just do the outside.  When they are doing it we don’t have to leave the house, we just have them come in because the chemicals they use are not harmful.  They take care of everything and I am satisfied with the services.  Their price is better than average.  They are very responsive, any time I have called them, they have called right back.

After several months of finding bees in the living room window each morning, we finally figured out that the bees were entering our house through the chimney (there were no bees in the fireplace).  An acquaintance referred us to Bee Professionals and we called them and made an appointment for them to come out two days later.  On the day they were to arrive, they called and asked if it was raining at our home.  Apparently, it was raining in west Los Angeles but in Orange County it was sunny and no rain.  The caller asked if they could come out the following day but we had plans and rescheduled for the day after that.  When the Bee Professional arrived, he noted the bees swarming the chimney and went up on a ladder to spray into the chimney.  While on the ladder, however, he received a phone call and dropped his cell phone down the chimney.  A week later, the bees were still swarming so we were required to call and have the service return.  The same man came and sprayed into the chimney again.  Both times he visited, we noted him to be extremely pungent.   Unfortunately, the man's cell phone is still in our chimney and there are no plans by him or his employer to make arrangements to have a chimney professional remove the phone NOR the hive.  We are now left with a phone in our chimney and will have to pay additional monies to have the cell phone and hive removed as we are told that another colony of bees will eventually set up shop in the existing hive.

Very well. Location of bees was such that they could not be captured and transported, as company would have done if feasible. After bees were no longer threat to people not wearing beekeeper suits, all honeycombs were successfully removed by other cleanup personnel.

I had bees invade my attic. They were good and very professional and they came the same day. I had good experience with them. The sprayed my attic to kill the bees and then they came back after a week to remove the bees. They came when they said they were going to. The price was fair.

The bee professional arrived and I showed him the branch in the plum tree where the bee swarm was located. It was about 12 feet above the ground and could have been reached by ladder. He said that he'd take care of it, but did not tell me how he planned to do it. Fifteen minutes later, he knocked on my door and told me that the job was done. When I went out and looked, I saw that he had sprayed the swarm from the ground, and there was evidence of the poison on a lot of the surrounding branches, on the growing fruit, and on the ground where he had left a big pile of dead bees. Although I cannot complain about the end result since the live bee swarm was gone when he left, needless to say, I was not happy about the way the job was performed. That was the second to last year that tree yielded fruit, as it was very old and died 2 years later, but I could not enjoy the fruit that year because of the poison that this bee professional had used.

As we were having our Olive tree trimmed, the tree trimmers discovered a huge hive in branches. The first company that came out told us it wasn't a hive at all, but a swarm that would be gone in a few days. The hive was over 3 feet long and 2 feet wide. They came out the next morning, within the time frame given. When the employee realized the job would be too big for one person, he called the office and got another appointment for the next day between 10 and 12. Three people showed up at 10:30 the next morning. They worked for two hours, removing ever bit of the hive and the bees. It was important to us that the bees be removed alive, which is what this company did. They give the bees to local bee keepers. They were very professional, explaining everything that they were going to do. I would hire this company again and would recommend them to anyone that needs live bee removal.

He was able to get rid of the bees that no one else could. He had to remove the hive in basketball sized sections because it was just too big to remove in one piece.
